Through attention to detail and a safe and positive work ethic, Cardinals delivers their expertise throughout Western Australia, including significant operations in the North and South West.The RolePermanent full-timeDIDO from Perth on 2:1 (accommodation provided), or South West local on 5:2All inclusive hourly rateCardinal Contractors are offering a full-time position for a Multi Combination Float Operator experienced in 50 and 100 tonne floats to work in the Bunbury and Collie regions and with regular trips to our operations at Telfer in the Pilbara.The JobA minimum of 5 years' experience with 100T and 50T floatsPrevious experience in a similar role is essentialTransport goods and materials including over size and over mass loadsLoading and unloading machineryInspecting truck and float for mechanical items and safety issuesPerform preventative maintenanceMaintain internal and external truck cleanlinessPlan routes and meet delivery schedules in line with MRD's permitsComplete all Cardinal Contractors paperwork and all other necessary paperwork to comply with any relevant regulation or statutory requirementComplete activity logs and records in line with Department of Transport regulationsComply with laws on commercial vehicle operation as per Federal, State and local authoritiesGood written and oral communication skillsKnowledge and practical application of Workplace OH&SMust be able to complete a pre-employment medical as well as drug and alcohol screenMust have current National Police ClearanceHold a valid white card or equivalentNext StepIf you believe your qualifications align with the requirements outlined above, we encourage you to submit your CV through SEEK.Thank you for your application.
