MBPH@Home aims to provide an alternative to being admitted to or remaining in hospital and the opportunity to recover and rehabilitate within the client's own home.The dedicated MBPH@Home Occupational Therapist will be accountable for providing high quality occupational therapy services, within a multidisciplinary nursing and allied health team contributing to the overall case management of clients within MBPH's community programs, including:Transition Care ProgramRehabilitation in the HomeGEM@HomeThis position is remunerated in line with the Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement.
