About the Position
The Bond Business School is seeking an experienced and customer experience focused MBA Program Coordinator to join the Faculty Student Services team. Through coordination with internal stakeholders and facilities, this pivotal role supports MBA students by providing timely and accurate guidance on program details, course structures, and University policies throughout their academic journey.
The position will also facilitate the smooth administration of the MBA program, covering admissions, fee management, academic progression, and graduation. Working closely with the Faculty Marketing Manager, it will help develop promotional materials, support the Program Director with regular reports on student activities, and maintain strong relationships within the University and the broader business community, ensuring high-quality customer service and informed support for MBA students.
About the person
The ideal applicant will have:
A tertiary qualification, along with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in an educational or large organisational role
Demonstrated ability to take initiative for successful planning, implementation and control of program delivery activities
Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to support effective collaboration and student engagement
A strong customer service focus, with a history of delivering high standards in customer relations, and the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative to solve problems constructively
High level of administrative and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team environment
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $80,747.14 per annum plus 12% superannuation.
