Job Description Meet the team!

The Parts Interpreter team at our Port HedlandBranch are supportive of each other and dedicated to keeping trucks and trailers rolling across Port Hedland and beyond.

While they're working a 40-hour week, with rostered Saturdays including overtime, they're not just finding parts; they're building strong relationships with our customers to get the right product at the right time – on time!

How you'll play your part:
Be the parts detective : Identify vehicle details and source the perfect part using our extensive database and catalogue system.
Keep the wheels turning: Manage the flow of parts, from receiving to dispatch, ensuring timely deliveries.
Become a finance whiz: Prepare invoices and handle financial procedures for stock sales.
Teamwork makes the dream work: Participate in stocktakes and maintain clear communication with both customers and internal departments.
Return specialist: Assist in managing the return process following company guidelines.
Desired Skills and Experience You're a great fit if you:
Know your parts: Prior experience in a parts interpreter role is a plus, especially within the truck and trailer industry but not essential.
Retail know-how : Experience connecting with customers, understanding and delivering on their needs.
Tech-savvy: Confident computer and literacy skills are essential.
Safety first: Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
Mechanically inclined: A handy knack for things mechanical is a bonus.
Customer champion: Dedicated to building positive relationships and understanding customer needs.
