Key Responsibilities: Answer all incoming client enquiries and assist or transfer calls where appropriate Provide accurate updates and information to clients within a timely manner and manage expectations Manage the administration of all client files from open to close Produce client correspondence and prepare court documents as requested Arrange and manage diaries, appointments and meetings Action all incoming mail Prepare bills for clients Any other generalist administrative tasks as requested The experience we are looking for This role represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a supportive and well-respected law firm.
