Maths Tutor

True North Math Tutoring (TNMT) is a P-12 math tutoring service based in Gold Coast, Australia, founded by Chris Woolway, a passionate mathematics educator with years of experience as a high-school teacher and maths tutor. TNMT offers flexible, casual tutoring opportunities at a rate of $45-$60/hr depending on experience and qualification. You can choose which year levels and math strands that you'd like to tutor. You can also choose to work as much or as little as you want. As a tutor at TNMT, you'll benefit from Chris's extensive teaching and tutoring experience, as well as his supportive mentorship. This role is ideal for those studying secondary education, majoring in mathematics, offering a great opportunity to gain confidence teaching math before practicum. This role is also open to anyone studying a mathematics degree and/or have a strong background in mathematics.
Note:
-Must have a valid driver's license and valid blue card
-Although location says Burleigh Heads, we service all Gold Coast regions
-Minimum base rate of $45/hr for P-10
-Minimum base rate of $55/hr for Year 12 (Specialists/Methods/General/Essential)
-Performance based pay-rises
-Group tutoring opportunities available in 2025 (higher hourly rate)
