The position is to start in January 2025 until the end of the academic year with the potential of obtaining a direct contract from September 2025.About the Maths Teacher role:Your role as a Maths teacher will involve displaying high levels of knowledge and assisting with the development of students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, working alongside other professionals in the Maths department and sharing ideas.This is a large multicultural school that requires teachers who are able to engage all students to reach their full potential.In order to be a Maths teacher, you must display the following qualities:High levels of organisation, especially when it comes to planning lessons and activities.A wide range of experience as a Maths teacher, with the ability to teach Maths up to Key Stage 4 level.Hold a relevant teaching qualification such as a QTS or PGCE.A degree in Mathematics would be beneficial.Great communication skills.Right to work in the UK.Benefits:Weekly pay just in time for the weekend!Competitive rates of pay.Flexibility.You will be represented by one of our dedicated consultants here at Academics.Opportunity to kick start your teaching career.
