MidCoast Christian College is an expanding, Christ-centred school of over 800 students, situated in the Greater Taree region on the beautiful mid-north coast of NSW. A vacancy has arisen for a teacher of Secondary Mathematics.
Selection Criteria
The successful applicant must:
· be a practising Christian, active in a church and subscribe to the Statement of Faith;
· demonstrate an understanding of and an ability to teach from a Christian perspective;
· have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
· have extensive knowledge of the 7-12 Mathematics curriculum;
· demonstrate an ability to cater for the full range of learners, have high expectations of students and integrate ICT into teaching;
· be able to understand and use data to inform planning and implement assessment for learning principles; and
· be willing to contribute to the College's co-curricular program.

The successful applicant must satisfy NSW Working with Children and NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) teacher employability requirements and be eligible to work in Australia.
