ABOUT THE ROLE
Barker College is seeking to appoint an experienced Mathematics Teacher located on our Hornsby Campus.
This will be a permanent full-time (1.0FTE) role commencing 1 January 2025 (New Staff Orientation is 23 January 2025), or as soon as practicable.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong academic background and have a passion for Mathematics.
The ability to teach up to and including HSC Extension 1 and 2 Mathematics may be an advantage.
Applicants for this position should be excellent classroom practitioners, good team colleagues, interested in the care and welfare of students, and have particular skills in their teaching of Mathematics to equip them to contribute to the School's educational program in teaching and learning.
Applicants will also need to be exemplary in their use of educational technology in the classroom.
