Position Highlights

The successful applicant will join the school with a focus on providing quality Catholic education, maximising student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant and holistic curriculum that is student centred, flexible and challenging.
This full-Time permanent role is scheduled to commence on Monday, 28 October 2024.We welcome applications from recent graduates.

About You

As aMathematics Teacher, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.

To excel in this role, you will be able to:
create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Mathematics (Stage 4, 5 and 6)
utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.

You will have attained:
a tertiary qualification in Education
eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
