Materials & Support Administrator - Utilities

Your RoleCSL are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Materials Support Administrator to join our dynamic Utilities Operations team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient supply of materials required for Utilities Operations, minimising disruptions and providing a variety of technical operational services support to the Utilities Engineering Department.Your ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Process Engineer Manager - Utilities you will:Evaluate and forecast material requirements for utility systems to ensure uninterrupted serviceCoordinate the ordering, receipt, processing, and sampling of bulk chemicalsDevelop and maintain supplier relationships, assessing performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelinesSupport resolution of supply chain issues and implement effective inventory management strategiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and purchase order processesManage minor changes and maintain technical documentationRaise service requests, generate reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation systemsLiaise with vendors and follow up on invoice processingFormat presentations and respond to departmental queriesMaintain the training matrix and conduct alarm report reviewsQualifications:Completed VCE or equivalentDemonstrated experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essentialFamiliarity with regulatory and site codes, including Good Manufacturing Practice and relevant quality policiesDedicated experience in an administration or co-ordination roleTo apply, submit your CV no later than Monday 30th OctoberOur BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
