Monadelphous is looking for A Materials Lead for our newly awarded construction project. This role will who will be responsible for all Materials from expediting to delivery to Construction point of install on Site. This role will commence in the Perth Monadelphous office working Monday to Friday and will then move to a 2:1 FIFO roster to Karratha in February next year.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.Oversee the receipt of all materials, including purchased and free-issue items on site.Manage the storage and warehousing of materials to maintain order, preservation, and accessibility.Ensure all materials are tracked and traceable throughout their lifecycle.Implement and manage preservation practices to protect material integrity.Conduct quality inspections of materials to meet required standards.Organise and batch materials by work pack for efficient use.Manage unloading, loading, and overall logistics on site to support smooth operations.Provide regular updates and progress reports.Maintain effective communication and collaboration with client representatives to address any material-related concerns.What you will bring:

Demonstrated experience with Databases, preferably materials management databases.Ideally someone who has experience with SiteSense database and can assist in the rollout of this new system.Proven experience in materials management in the resources sector.Strong organisational and logistical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.Life at Monadelphous
