This role sits within the Scheduling team and is responsible for working in collaboration with Preparation and Planning teams to effectively schedule the execution of maintenance work. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door if you are looking at getting into the Oil & Gas industry.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:Local roleSalary sacrifice and novated leasing availableDiscounted health insuranceKey Responsibilities:Provide interpretations of schedules to ensure that realistic milestones are established, required activities occur on time, and that interface between activities is maintained.Provide logistical and material support to the onshore execution team.Examine materials, products, or work outputs for quality, accuracy, and completeness; respond quickly to correct quality problems.Manifest outbound goods in conjunction with SAP.Provide expert advice, service support, technical or functional information to customers and business partners.Maintain contact with client representatives and sub-contractors in relation to specific projects and materials orders.Review and monitor Materials Status Report and communicate issues to Planners, Coordinators, Schedulers, procurement, and expediting teams.Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.Develop and coordinate work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.Oversee the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing, and equipment procurement.Maintain and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.What you'll bring:Experience in the energy industry.Good understanding of material certification requirements.Previous experience working in SAP CMMS, strong attention to detail, knowledge of inspection techniques, and experience in offshore operations.Valid Australian Driver's License/Forklift licence.Proof of right to work in Australia.We celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
