We're recruiting full-time Materials Coordinator to join our Energy team in Darwin.
This role sits within the Scheduling team and is responsible for working in collaboration with Preparation and Planning teams to effectively schedule the execution of maintenance work.

Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: Local role Salary sacrifice and novated leasing available Discounted health insurance Key Responsibilities: Provide Interpret schedules to ensure that realistic milestones are established, required activities occur on time and that interface between activities is maintained Provide logistical and material support to onshore execution team Examines materials, products, or work outputs for quality, accuracy, and completeness; responds quickly to correct quality problems Manifesting outbound goods in conjunction with SAP Provide expert advice, service support, technical or functional information to customers and business partners Has contact with client representatives and sub contractors in relation to specific projects and materials orders Review and monitor Materials Status Report and communicate issues to Planners, Coordinators, Schedulers, procurement and expediting teams Expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required Development and coordination or work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP What you'll bring: Experience in the energy industry Good understanding of material certification requirements Previous experience working in SAP CMMS, strong attention to detail, knowledge of inspection techniques, and experience in offshore operations.
Valid Australian Driver's License/Forklift licence.
Proof of right to work in Australia.
