The Opportunity The Materials Coordinator will play a key role in supporting site construction by managing material movements in partnership with the supply chain team.
This position involves close collaboration with the warehouse team to oversee deliveries, log receipts in our ERP system, and coordinate with materials controllers, logistics, procurement, engineering, QA, and site teams.
Key duties include data entry, system management, and daily coordination of material flow across refinery laydown yards, warehouses, and third-party storage.
About you: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, with strong proficiency in Excel and the MS Office Suite, along with solid experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
Familiarity with piping drawings and Aveva ERM (or similar EPC systems) is advantageous.
Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building, a proactive approach to HSSE, and a quality-focused, problem-solving mindset are essential.
