This position involves close collaboration with the warehouse team to oversee deliveries, log receipts in our ERP system, and coordinate with materials controllers, logistics, procurement, engineering, QA, and site teams.Key duties include data entry, system management, and daily coordination of material flow across refinery laydown yards, warehouses, and third-party storage.Role requirements:Proven experience in a similar roleAbility to read piping drawings (advantageous)Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite3+ years' experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Experience with Aveva ERM or similar EPC systems (advantageous)Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsProactive approach to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment)Problem-solving and adaptability with a focus on qualityWe foster an environment where you are challenged professionally and empowered to take the lead on your career development with the support and guidance of our leaders.
