Material Stock Controller

ALG is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Material Stock Controller to join a well-established organization based at in Melbourne. This position is on a casual contract, completing full time hours, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the Aircraft Stores Inventory, warehousing, and administrative needs within the Aviation division, ensuring efficient internal processes and high on-time delivery rates.
Some of the Key Responsibilities: Complete weekly/monthly inventory and data analysis reports, to review stock on hand, par levels and consumption rates.Track incoming and outgoing goods, as well as work in progress (WIP)Use the software systems to accurately monitor stock levels, adhering to customer change requirements and ad hoc ordersCoordinate movement of stock between locations when required. The successful candidate possesses the following attributes: Minimum 3 years' experience within Logistics and Inventory ControlExperience with Inventory Management Systems would be beneficialExperience in the Aviation Industry (highly desirable)A competent communicator and attentive to detailsThe ability to obtain an airport security clearance (ASIC), and alcohol and drug tests.
