About the opportunity
The material planner/inventory controller will be responsible for liaising with vendors regarding materials and inputting data into SAP regarding orders and goods.

Duties Responsible for liaising with vendors for material requirementsPlacing material orders and goods receipts in SAPConfirming deliveries, and analysing inventory requirementsCommunicating with stakeholders such as manufacturing, warehousing, QA/QC and 3PL warehouse to analyse, confirm and maintain inventory requirementsComplete compliance forms and import permit applications, write/amend SOPs, and work instructionsFollow procedures and work instructionsProvides support to the organisationfor problems with vendor products and servicesPerforms a variety of project-related tasks to support the Supply Chain team Skills and Experience Bachelor level or must have extensive previous experience in inventory control/planningPrevious Inventory management / Coordinator and or planning experience requiredMedium to excellent Excel skillsExperience in using SAP for order processingExcellent communication skills and attention to detailCar and licence are required for this position Culture
