We are seeking an experienced Material Planner who is motivated by applying and material planning & inventory management techniques, creating improvements in maintaining stock availability in a dynamic, productive and engaged workplace. Take on a new challenge and apply your planning & analytical skills to an exciting maintenance project based at Lilyfield Sydney Light Rail Depot. Reporting to the NSW Supply Chain Manager you will primarily be responsible for the availability of all maintenance related materials. 
A bit about your new role: Express delivery needs to Suppliers using the dedicated toolsFollow up deliveries and ensure the availability of parts for Alstom projectsMonitor Supplier's performances KPI'sAnalyse and share deliveries performances KPI's with different stakeholders (Internal & External)Participate/lead Supplier's performances improvementContribute with SC inputs for supplier selectionContribute to the project SC objectives and targets by ensuring material planning and ERP settings are in line with these objectives.All about you:

Graduated at least from Higher Education in Business Administration or Engineering or Supply ChainExperience with Supply Chain concepts, processes and continuous improvementPrevious experience in a similar role, ideally within the rail, transportation or manufacturing industries is preferred Inventory management & Material Planning techniquesExcellent organizational, communication & data analytical skillsProven experience using an ERP e.g. SAPGood time management skills and the ability to prioritize  Things you'll enjoy:
