Materials Coordinator (Perth, CBD)

About the Role:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a local major project, managing materials to ensure the seamless execution of various initiatives. As a Material Coordinator, you will be entrusted with the crucial responsibility of material planning and coordination, ensuring everything is set for successful project execution

Duties:

• Reviewing blueprints and product specifications to accurately determine the necessary amount of materials
• Documenting overall material requirements including codes, brands and contact information necessary for order processing.
• Adjusting material quantities based on existing inventory levels and conventional size orders.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align material needs with Project timelines.

Key Criteria:

• Experience with blueprint analysis and product specifications assessment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple task concurrently.
• Proficiency in inventory management and materials procurement.
• Excellent Communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
