We are a diverse and inclusive club; a family where everyone belongs, united by our fighting spirit.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Match Day & Activations Coordinator is responsible for the planning, administration, and delivery of all club activations at match days and events.Reporting to the Senior Events Manager, this role will:Plan, coordinate and execute all home games to maximise fan engagement and entertainmentDevelop innovative and creative activation ideas for Club and partnersManage AFL and AFLW match days including use of stadium AV and LED signage, production run sheets, working with sports presentation suppliersLead all activation logistics requirements including, bump in and bump out procedures and signage set upOversee the coordination and supervision of a casual and volunteer (including staff) workforce involved with match day planning, delivery, and data collectionLead the planning and execution of Fan Day & Future Roos Clinic eventsLiaise with external suppliers to obtain quotes and feed into event budgetsEffectively monitor costs and ensure match day activity remains within budgetOUR IDEAL CANDIDATEWe are looking for an energetic and self-motivated problem solver to join our passionate and dedicated marketing and events team.The successful candidate will also have:A tertiary qualification in a Business, Events, Marketing, Sports Administration or equivalent (preferred)2 - 3 years of experience in an activations, event, sponsorship, marketing, or account servicing positionOutstanding organisational skills regarding activation planningHigh level of attention to detail in all planning and communication aspectsHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsInterpersonal skills that promote excellent client servicesEffective time management skillsOur ideal candidate can work a wide range of hours with a varying time schedule to suit the football industry's seasonal priorities.
