About The RoleAn experienced program master scheduler is required to support the implementation of an integrated delivery schedule that is aligned with corporate scheduling practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and maintenance of the integrated program schedule and project schedules including dependencies and constraints.Support the monitoring and control of program and project schedules, tracking progress, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions.Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, proposing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather schedule-related information and ensure alignment.Prepare schedule reports and presentations, communicating schedule status and performance to various audiences.Mentor and build capability with staff regarding integrated program and project schedules, actively facilitating knowledge transfer.Our Ideal Job SeekerProven experience in program scheduling, specifically in complex structures.Proficiency in using Microsoft Project.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
