All vessels, systems, and equipment are to be managed and maintained to the highest, safest standard of repair, achieving excellence in both a visual and functional capacity.
This role will also manage the deckhands, ensuring a safe and positive customer experience and will seek continuous improvement in all maintenance, presentation, and operational capacities.

A flexible approach to working hours is required regarding weekends and public holidays.
Some heavy lifting and exposure to varying weather conditions are applicable.
The successful applicant will need the following: Unrestricted Master up to 45m with two years minimum experience in open water Display leadership qualities including effective communication, team-building and training, motivation, problem-solving, time management, delegation techniques Work efficiently and effectively under pressure An understanding of maintenance and marine mechanical, particularly outboards Adopt a flexible and adaptable approach to the role Safe approach to vessel operations with a passion for preserving the environment.
