Growing, Innovative Supply Chain OrganisationCareer Growth OpportunityAbout Our Client Manage and maintain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date master data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.Serve as the primary contact for all master data activities in the APAC region, ensuring compliance with global data governance standards.Support master data governance processes, including quality audits, integration, and stewardship.Monitor and analyze master data for discrepancies and improvement opportunities.Collaborate with stakeholders to define master data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Supervise Master Data Assistant to ensure accurate and timely data entry.Lead ERP update regression testing for APAC.Identify and drive continuous improvement in data management.Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.Provide training and support on data governance and best practices.Job Description Maintain and ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO9001 standards.Lead planning, management, and documentation of quality audits and QMS processes.Continuously improve QMS to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and health and safety.Report QMS performance and improvement opportunities to Director of Operations & Supply Chain.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., EPA, SafeWork, HACCP).Oversee QA/QC Officer to ensure timely execution of QMS activities and accurate documentation management.Coach and mentor direct reports to develop their skills.The Successful Applicant Relevant qualifications (TAFE, degree, or equivalent experience).Proven experience in master data management, data governance, or related fields.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).Experience in manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain operations preferred.Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.What's on Offer Email your CV to ****** to apply today!
