The Master Data Lead will be responsible for supporting business priorities through the execution, leadership and coordination of master data management and related service activities.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver services which include but are not limited to Master Data creation, maintenance and lifecycle management, Master Data Quality, Master Data Governance & Reporting, and E2E process improvement in Master Data Management processes.
Key Responsibilities Provide input into the Master Data Services strategy and associated roadmap, aligned to overall Business Services strategyTake ownership of the end-to-end delivery of business outcomes in defined Master Data Service process activitiesResolve escalated issues related to Master Data Services operational mattersWork closely with stakeholders to improve overall business user experience and minimise performance impacts during service transition and/or change implementation periodsCreate a 'one team' approach whilst supporting a diverse group of in-house team members, outsource partners and contractorsAbout You We are looking for a Master Data Services professional that is experienced in implementing continuous improvement initiatives. An individual that possesses strong analytical skills to assess data, determine root causes and design and implement improvement action plans.
Experience in Master Data ServicesSAP knowledge is essential and MS Dynamics experience is preferredAbility to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneouslyExperience working effectively with offshore teamsDemonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectationsAsahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
