The Role: Our Massage Therapists are a vital part of our wellness team.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, willing to go the extra mile, and eager to work in a team.
We offer a beautiful massage environment for treating clients regularly, educating them on how to look after their bodies outside of the treatment room with our wide range of services.
We're looking to fill various days & hours via a contractor arrangement.
In this role, you will be required to: Provide professional massage treatments, listening to clients' requirements and aiding in their wellness & recovery.Ensure the treatment rooms are cleaned and prepared for the next client.Maintain dress standards.Follow directions, prioritise & complete tasks in a timely manner.Perform other related duties.What we'll offer you in return: A culture of Performance and People – this is our passion.Free Internet.Free Marketing.What you'll need to succeed: Certified Massage Therapist and/or Remedial highly desirable.Holder of current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.Experience and/or willingness to build networks and referral bases.Outstanding communication abilities - listening, understanding, empathising, and influencing others.Ability to be a role model and live by healthy values and behaviours while being passionate about the gym brand you work for.Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional & well-presented.Be highly motivated & an adaptable team player with the ability to multitask and show initiative.Communicate & uphold policies & procedures of the business to customers and staff.Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (if not holding, would be willing to acquire).Have Australian working rights.We are open from 5am - 9pm Monday – Friday & 7am – 5pm on Weekends, so working shift work and having availability over the 7 days a week is preferable.
