Permanent part time - up to 48 hours per fortnight
We are seeking an innovative and dynamic medical leader to join our team at MDHS as we prepare to open our new $115 million development in 2025. This is an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare delivery in the central goldfields region.
You will work closely with our Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) to:
Review our current medical model and develop a sustainable plan that will enable MDHS to continue providing exceptional care across the health continuum. Lead key strategic projects to position MDHS for ongoing success. Guide our clinical teams through a period of rapid change and growth. To be successful in this role you will bring:
Proven leadership ability, including the capacity to influence and negotiate at senior levels. Innovative thinking and a passion for designing improved models of care. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
