You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of roles spread across functions within our distribution centres in ANZ as well as the Head Office.
Reporting to the Talent Manager - ANZ and working as part of the HR team, key responsibilities will include partnering with key managers across the business units to source the best talent in the industry. This will also involve coordinating and managing recruitment campaigns including advertising across job boards, pre-screening talent, scheduling and attending interviews, negotiating offers and taking successful candidates through the onboarding process.

Day to day you will: Partner with people leaders to effectively source, attract, select and onboard top talent into their teams both within the blue collar and white collar space. Organise and conduct candidate interviews, pre-employment checks, drafting contracts and ensure compliance as per company guidelines. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates, providing coaching when necessary. Ensure all vacancies have an effective sourcing plan, using a variety of appropriate sourcing channels. Collaborate with the broader HR team to effectively manage the onboarding of new employees. About You: End to end volume recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You understand the importance of proactive recruitment in ever-changing markets and are driven to build and manage talent pools of candidates and keep strong relationships.
