As an Integrated Supply Planner , you will lead, develop and communicate all key category activities (such as launch, transition, ongoing supply, promotional reviews, and phase out of items) into all Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Distribution Centres (DC), whilst also working closely with the relative buying team for the categories. You will contribute to the evolvement of reporting for the Supply Planning function, maintaining effective reporting and deliver analytical insight, and category ownership in a dynamic system.
About the role: Be the central pivotal point between customer, supplier and our organisation, ensuring supply and driving to maintain our current industry-leading availability of products and services. Develop and align production plans in collaboration with suppliers to support business and category activities, including review and agreement on raw material procurement as well as finished goods production. Contribute to continuous improvement and productivity through evolvement of reporting for the Supply Planning function, and our exclusive supplier portal to share information. Ensure that production plans, allocation quantities and distribution approach are aligned including appropriate internal and external approvals. Develop contingency plans and risk mitigations to support unexpected sales increase/decreases to optimise stock in the supply chain. Responsible for all relevant supplier and customer communication on promotions including yet not limited to: volume planning documentation, visibility reporting, general communications, WIP meetings/minutes, contingency, and proactive supply actions. Align inbound freight methods with supplier, customer and internal stakeholders to ensure best fit for the business. Arrange product for trials/transport tests, product requests and communicate with relevant stakeholders. Manage suppliers to ensure adherence with company operational requirements, as well as key performance metrics, such as Supply In-Full & Supply On-Time. Resolve all ongoing concerns relating to supply, operations, non-adherence to the customer's product and packaging specifications, new initiatives, planned shutdowns etc., for the category assigned. Conduct supplier feasibility studies, and/or other work as required by the customer to support strategic supplier sourcing, pack size review or other alternatives. Reconciliation of raw product and finished goods at end of promotion or deletion to be processed for write-off, whilst working during activity to minimise overall costs. About You: Similar proven integrated supply planning experience in either FMCG, QSR or distribution preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with category buyers, restaurants, replenishment planners, and customer service teams, as well as various departments within the organization. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop creative solutions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using supply chain management systems and tools is preferred but not required. A passion for learning, customer focus, teamwork, and strong service orientation.
