As we embark on a strategic initiative to transform the business and enhance operational efficiency, we are expanding the Transformation Team in Sydney to include an enthusiastic Business Analyst.

Make a difference in a significant transformation project with a focus on operational efficiency Contribute to the development of new ways of working through organisational and process redesign Hybrid working environment and collaborative colleagues A competitive salary and benefits package that reflects your expertise, value and experience We will count on you to: Collaborate with client-facing leaders and brokers to analyse capabilities and skills Conduct discovery and analytics to identify processes suitable for moving to the Centre of Excellence (COE) Assist in the redesign of the Target Operating Model (TOM) and organisational processes to align with new ways of working Manage the business side of people change, tasks, and processes to support the organisation's change agenda What you need to have: Strong business analysis, organisational design, and process improvement experience Proven track record in business transitions or transformations Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to complete requirements gathering & testing Experience in the building of implementation artefacts such as policies, procedures, system user documentation, communication and training material Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills (written and verbal) Strong documentation, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of operational efficiency and cost management principles What makes you stand out: Experience in large-scale transitions or transformations Familiarity with Centre of Excellence (COE) frameworks and best practices Knowledge of change management principles and practices Previous experience within an insurance brokerage environment Applications can be considered from candidates who have the appropriate approval to work in Australia.
