In this job you will Drive strategic sales across small to medium Transport customers Partner with potential new customers to understand their business and service requirements Partner with Solutions Design to develop strategies and solutions specific to each customer need You'll align internal resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to create a seamless solution for current or future customers – delivering on our promise to be The Provider of Choice Develop a pipeline to meet individual and business revenue goals Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new customers Facilitate regular value based meetings with customers and prospects with timely response to customer enquiries and emails Maintain accurate data and records within the CRM Build long-term partnerships between customers, operations, and other support teams You have the following qualities & Qualifications A minimum of 3 year's demonstrated experience driving new customer sales across the Supply Chain and Logistics industry Successful history of building strategic customer relationships and long cycle sales Experience in customer negotiations Strong commercial acumen The ability to see the 'big picture' and have an innovative & proactive approach The career possibilities at DHL are endless.
