We are seeking a Platform Delivery Manager to lead delivery activities across a multi-year transformation program, working at the forefront of innovation and technology.

Location: Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office)

About the Role
As the Platform Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery pipeline, workflows, and implementation of enterprise platforms as part of a high-impact transformation initiative.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you'll ensure the successful rollout of new systems, manage BAU operations, and drive delivery excellence across onshore and offshore squads.
This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with delivery squads, optimise processes, and ensure seamless integration between new and existing systems.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing delivery plans, resource allocation, and workflows to ensure project success.
Overseeing multiple squads (10-15 at peak) and collaborating with offshore Scrum Masters to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Supporting the rollout of new platforms and their integration with existing systems.
Coordinating release management and BAU operations.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project risks, priorities, and updates.
Contributing to process standardisation, adding controls, and driving operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
7+ years managing core enterprise platforms (front office or back office).
Strong background in SaaS implementations (transactional/process-based systems).
Experience with insurance systems and processes is essential; PAS (Policy Administration Systems) experience is highly desirable (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire).
Proven success delivering within large-scale transformation programs.
Skills:
Strong project management expertise in Agile environments.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Matrix leadership experience with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
Familiarity with delivery tracking tools (e.g., burn-up charts) and Agile methodologies.
Attributes:

Skilled at simplifying complex information and fostering collaboration.
