Part-time contract opportunity available with an immediate start.
Looking for someone with compliance experience in the AP function.

Our client is looking for an AP Specialist for a part-time 6 month contract role commencing immediately.

Key responsibilities:
Pay invoices and accounts for centralised suppliers, and reconcile against relevant cost codes.
Manage the invoice approval process and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Take invoices on spreadsheets from the suppliers, manipulate and manage the data.
Engagement with suppliers, managing disputes, and engaging with internal stakeholders.
Process improvements: Ability to assess the current processes being managed by the role, and propose process improvements.
Key requirements for the role:
Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and Bank reconciliation processes.
Excellent attention to detail.
Stakeholder and external supplier management experience.
Manage workload to deadlines.
Finance System or Procurement System knowledge preferable.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formula development.
