Marketplace Marketplace is fundamentally responsible for leading, managing and inspiring the investment team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.
We are looking for a Marketplace Manager to join a market leader FMCG client. You will be skilled at working across a high volume, fast paced client, with experience of TV buying.
Responsibilities Adhere to and promote Mindshare values.Possess a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.Create a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture.Work collaboratively with client team across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process.Communicate confidently and effectively on all matters.Conduct personal brand within the Mindshare Professional Etiquette guidelines.Deliver gold standard implementation of media planning and buying.Build knowledge and use proprietary and industry tools & systems.Demonstrate knowledge and application of the Mindshare Process.Obtain necessary certifications for required platforms.Provide accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.Respond to client requests in a timely manner.Develop trusted relationships with media owners.Ensure financial procedural adherence is met across all touchpoints.Follow GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes.Ensure timesheets are completed regularly with accuracy.Experience You will have some Marketing or Agency career experience applying the core marketing competencies, utilizing your formal education in a practical setting. This will be underpinned by 3 - 5 years experience in Media Agencies or broader Media Industry. You must have TV buying experience.
