Responsibilities Adhere to and promote Mindshare values.Possess a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.Create a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture.Work collaboratively with client teams across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process.Communicate confidently and effectively on all matters.Conduct personal brand within the Mindshare Professional Etiquette guidelines.Deliver gold standard implementation of media planning and buying.Utilize proprietary and industry tools & systems for market-leading campaign implementation.Demonstrate understanding of the Mindshare Process and roles at each stage.Obtain necessary certifications for required platforms.Provide accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.Understand your client and their category, managing expectations.Develop trusted relationships with media owners.Build strong internal partnership relations.Ensure financial procedural adherence across all touchpoints.Follow GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes.Complete timesheets regularly with accuracy and attention to detail.Experience You will have some marketing or agency career experience applying core marketing competencies, utilizing your formal education in a practical setting.
This will be underpinned by 3 – 5 years of experience in media agencies or the broader media industry using SME tools, techniques, and processes.
