About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Team Leader to join our talented, driven and collaborative Lotteries Marketing team who is embarking on a long-term vision to maximise the commercial potential of one of Australia's longest running and most recognised charitable Lotteries.
As the Team Leader, you will guide a high-performing acquisition marketing team in developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
You'll champion customer-centric strategies to maximise acquisition, engage supporters and boost conversion of new customers into our subscription programs.
Working closely with the Lotteries team, you'll align campaigns with organisational objectives while fostering collaboration and excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to delivery that boosts brand awareness, conversion and acquires new customers, leveraging digital channels alongside traditional channels such as print, radio, and event partnerships.Brand Leadership: Uphold and evolve our brand's identity across every touch-point, ensuring cohesive messaging, visuals, and tone across channels.
Support in an upcoming brand evolution project.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the lotteries team, agency partners, and our customer team to align marketing initiatives with commercial performance, ensuring a unified approach to deliver on time and within budget.Market Insights: Keep a pulse on market trends, data, and competitor activity to drive innovative and forward-thinking marketing efforts.Financials: Manage monthly operational expenses with a keen eye on commercial performance, reallocating resources to high-performing initiatives for optimal impact.Leadership: Lead and motivate a talented high performance acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and commercially driven culture.Commercial Performance: Dive into analytics and metrics to monitor campaign success, fine-tuning strategies to maximise the efficient growth of the Lottery.Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that assigned acquisition activity complies with internal policies and procedures including data security, legal, compliance and brand.What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in performance-based marketing across digital and traditional channels (lotteries or e-commerce preferred).A track record of delivering compelling, high-impact marketing campaigns.Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing tools.Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and managing integrated campaigns.Data driven with strong analytical skills to derive insights from campaign data and inform strategy.
