Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Consultant to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with company objectives.
2. Digital Marketing Management: Lead and mentor the digital marketing team in crafting and implementing innovative digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including website, social media, email, and digital advertising.
3. CRM Development: Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive CRM strategy to optimize customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
4. Market and Competition Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing strategic decision-making and market positioning.
5. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the dental and healthcare sectors, proactively adapting marketing strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
6. Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies, enhance ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
