ABOUT THE ROLEThe King's School is seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist.
Working as part of a dedicated Marketing team that supports our three campuses, you will be based in Moss Vale with a focus on successful execution of Tudor House marketing programs and events.Please note, this is a permanent part-time opportunity (22.8 hours per week) based in Moss Vale, NSW.

Under the guidance and direction of the Head of Tudor House and the Enrolments and Community Relations Manager, the position is responsible for:
Communications & Events planning and delivery to support the School's community engagement initiatives.Coordinate and organise events to ensure seamless delivery of services for events (both digital and in-person) staged at The King's School Tudor House and offsite, including brief taking and response proposals, budget and concept development, supplier liaison, booking of accommodation, guest promotions and RSVP management, event logistics, onsite management (as required) and post-event debrief.Collaborating with other members of the Marketing Team to deliver marketing objectives.Assisting in content collation for social media deployment and school news platforms.The development of marketing collateral.
This includes brief taking and response proposals, budget development, concept development, and engagement of marketing comms team members to complete the scope of work required in alignment with the school brand style guide.Contributing to the preparation of various reports and publications.Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key Executive and management personnel.To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:
Tertiary qualifications, or related experience/or other qualifications in Marketing, Events, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.Energy and creativity with a collegial and collaborative working style.Advanced computer skills, in particular, the Microsoft Office suite.A capacity to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities.The ability to remain calm under pressure.Flexibility to attend events outside normal work hours.ABOUT USTudor House is a Preparatory Campus of The King's School, located on over 160 acres in the Southern Highlands of NSW.
The School offers a Pre-K to Year 6 education for boys and girls with an emphasis on adventure and discovery learning.
