Drive the planning and execution of Politix brand campaigns and communications with a focus on store (O&O and concession) activations.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that enhance brand equity and maximise revenue.
Responsible for growing revenue streams through commercial partnerships, including B2B initiatives.
Key Accountabilities Ensure consistency in branding across all in-store marketing elements, including logos, ticketing design, and music, aligned with the overall brand vision.
Localise and standardise campaign elements such as window displays, lightboxes, and out-of-home (OOH) retail advertising.
Plan and execute local marketing strategies for store network changes, including store openings, closures, and VIP events, covering strategy, creative development, media planning, and execution.
Support the execution of seasonal campaigns for the company, including campaign summaries, advertising creative, media planning for above-the-line channels, social media content, and post-campaign reviews to ensure performance expectations are met.
Develop and grow the company's business-to-business (B2B) dressing proposition, including uniforms, corporate dressing, and corporate discount programs Key Capabilities Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications Experience driving corporate partnerships and developing B2B marketing opportunities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working with internal teams and external partners.
Knowledge of and experience in managing media campaigns, including formats specific to local area marketing, digital media, radio, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and control marketing budgets efficiently.
· Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality in marketing assets and campaign execution.
