Position Overview: The Local Area Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in developing and executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
This position requires a creative thinker with excellent organisational skills and a passion for marketing.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products/services.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including radio, digital, social media, email, print, and events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and organisations to enhance the brand presence in the area.
Supporting the company's store managers with marketing promotions and activities for store growth within the local area.
Plan and execute in-store promotions and events to attract foot traffic, improve customer loyalty and boost sales Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, and promotional items in-line with set budgets.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and provide reporting.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and updating marketing calendars.
Qualifications: Experience (1-3 years) in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
