About the role Join the dynamic team at Select World Travel / Europe Holidays as a Marketing Specialist Inbound Travel. In this full-time role based in Surfers Paradise, Queensland, you will play a key part in the company's growth strategy, driving marketing initiatives to attract and convert inbound operators and travellers to our services.
What you'll be doing Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote Select World Travel & Europe Holidays inbound travel & tour servicesLiaise with European operators in Central and Eastern Europe and develop campaigns in local languages, in particular in Romanian.Developing strong relationship with European and Romanian partners in the tourism sector to promote company travel products and experiences.Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing European clients through networking and prospecting.Create engaging content for the company's website, social media channels, and other digital platforms to showcase our offerings.Research new marketing opportunities in Europe and Romania to enhance brand awareness and maximise business growth.Analyse customer data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise marketing strategies.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead generation and conversion.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, implementing continuous improvementsStay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in travel marketing.What we're looking for Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, International Relations, Communications, or a related field is required.3+ years of experience in operations within a corporate environment. Excellent command of the Romanian language for effective communication with agency clients. Good knowledge of the European tourism market to promote Australia as a destination. Working knowledge of HR functions and planning management.
