We are currently seeking a self-motivated, creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to join us.
  Key Responsibilities Identifying and generating new business opportunities to further improve market share Managing website content including regular updates and uploads Developing and communicating marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for projects, including company websites and social media Working with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities Conducting marketing research for meeting customer's expectations, analysing marketing data to determine marketing trends and campaign efficiency Ensuring brand consistency and credibility in construction marketing materials.
Ad-hoc marketing support as required such as preparing presentations, reports, email templates, etc   Key Experience Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management Strong written and verbal communication Flexible, able to switch tasks and work under pressure Must have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience working Experience in the construction or property industry essential Demonstrated experience in developing and driving marketing strategy Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Suite Strong social media marketing experience Team player
