Qualifications & Experience
Able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Great phone voice & manner and excellent verbal and written communication in English Strong negotiation skills and highly organized Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Have a friendly & outgoing personality and be a good team player Must have a valid driver's license and a car Be professional, reliable, and punctual Have the ability to be trained on simple solar principles Outbound call center experience preferred Minimum of 1 year trade qualification is required as a Marketing Specialist Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries at the workplace Tasks & Responsibilities
Work with executives and clients to find the best advertising strategies for specific markets and raise customer awareness.
Research market interest and characteristics for new products by analyzing relevant data.
Help grow the business by setting and implementing marketing goals and programs.
Conduct research to find opportunities for new and existing products.
Provide advice on product selection, pricing, advertising, promotions, and distribution methods.
Create advertising plans that match sales goals.
Develop and share marketing content on social media and the company website.
Use data to see how different pricing strategies impact profits.
Monitor marketing efforts and create regular performance reports.
Review data from online marketing campaigns to see what works and improve future strategies.
Suggest updates to online content to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and keep current ones.
Review and approve marketing materials like brochures and banners.
Ensure that the company's brand and messaging are consistent in all marketing activities.
Keep relevant teams informed about marketing goals and strategies, and look for partnerships that can improve marketing reach.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes to adapt strategies as needed.
