Highgate International College, a registered training organization located in Perth CBD, is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team.
As a Marketing Specialist at Highgate, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to support our sales objectives and promote our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement marketing strategies to promote Highgate International College's programs and services. This includes conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing campaigns.Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as artworks, brochures, banners, content writing and other promotional materials.Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to reach target markets, and increase brand awareness.Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools. Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.Stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, educational agents, industry partners, and relevant organizations.Contribute to the identification of potential target markets.Support business growth and development by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals.Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, and student services, to align marketing efforts with institutional goals and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.Provide valuable insights and recommendations on various marketing elements, such as product mix, pricing, advertising, and sales promotion, selling techniques, and distribution channels. Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).At least 2 years of experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and education agents.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Resultoriented mindset.SelfmotivatedProficiency in graphic design tools: Canva or AdobeStrong writing skills.Indepth knowledge of digital marketingClosing date: 30 Jul 2023
Salary:
$54, $80,000.00 per year
