About the RoleWe are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude to a wide range of marketing tasks and contribute to our marketing efforts with creativity and efficiency.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing initiatives for Bankstown Sports Club's diverse venues. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand identity, accurate campaign execution, and engaging promotions that align with the club's objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative and proactive marketer with strong project management skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities IncludedVenue Marketing: Take full ownership of marketing and brand identity for allocated venues, including campaign planning, menu promotions, and targeted marketing support.Campaign Management: Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing plans that support Bankstown Sports Club's strategic goals. Ensure that all marketing initiatives are rolled out accurately on schedule and within budget.Creative Development: Collaborate with the operations and food and beverage teams on menu development to ensure seamless rollout in alignment with venue branding and business requirements.Content Coordination: Work with the Marketing Manager to maintain an up-to-date marketing calendar and communicate planned activity effectively to key stakeholders.Promotions & Partnerships: Champion key promotional campaigns, member initiatives, sports & community initiatives, coordinating with wider teams for event and venue rollouts when required.Agencies: Brief and manage external agencies for campaigns, design, social media, website, digital, PR, photography, videography, VM, print and promotional materials.
