Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our bathroom and kitchen renovation products across various channels, including digital platforms, showrooms, and industry events.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C customers to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
2. Content Creation and Branding: Create engaging and high-quality content for the company's website, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Ensure all marketing content aligns with the company's brand identity and effectively communicates our value proposition.
3. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies and identify new market opportunities.
4. Customer Interaction and Lead Support: Support the sales team in developing strategies to attract and retain new customers, while providing market data and materials to help maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports on key metrics, including ROI, customer engagement, and sales impact.
