ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Specialist Role will initially be reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Business Relationship Manager.
This role will be based at our Mandurah Head Office location.
The Marketing Specialist is mainly responsible for the creation and production of quality promotional materials, organising events, supporting all Marketing, Referrer Support Specialists, and Business Development activities, evaluating customer research, market conditions and building effective and collaborative relationships with staff and referrers to increase referrer numbers and business market share.
To promote the benefits of and access to high-quality diagnostic imaging services, the key responsibilities also include but are not limited to:
Manage the marketing budgetUpdate, develop and implement communications calendarMarketing campaign development and implementationOverall Event ManagementDeliver campaigns & assist with creation of referrer surveysRun produce reports & presentations for Senior Teams from application's - COMBI as requestedSupport the IDX Digital Media Specialist to maintain and provide local updates to websites with new content, site promotions, new services as requiredOrganise photography for new equipment, sites, radiologists and service promotions for clinicsLiaise with RIS team to maintain database for referrersAssist with the management of clinical MDM's.Other administration duties as requestedProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteSite Visits as requiredABOUT YOU At least two years' experience in Healthcare Marketing.Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, communications or related discipline preferred.Display an understanding and application of principles in strategic marketing including market identification and segmentationDemonstrated experience in web design management, graphic design and electronic presentations.Use of multiple communication channels to meet marketing objectives e.g., email marketing, print, radio advertisementsHighly developed time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple activitiesHigh level of attention to detailDemonstrated experience in providing excellent client communications and experience in issue and complaint resolution.Demonstrated experience in using advanced digital products, Microsoft suite, Adobe SuiteBENEFITS, CULTURE & WELL-BEING ?
