We're looking for a digital marketing all-rounder to, increase brand visibility. The Marketing Coordinator/ Digital will help develop and implement digital strategy across all platforms to manage digital engagement and support the campaigns.

Track and analyse social media metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media efforts remain relevant and effective ABOUT THE ROLE: Work with the Head of Communications, and alongside campaigns, fundraising, and program staff, to advise on and implement digital marketing best practice to reach campaign goals, build our brand, engage existing supporters, and attract new onesDevelop, create, and publish content on the HSI Australia website and digital channels (social media, EDMs, e-newsletters, blogs etc.) and manage online communitiesOversee the maintenance of the HSI Australia website and digital channels, including being the point of contact for external digital contractorsWork with the Fundraising Manager to develop online fundraising journeys, and execute digital fundraising requirements to grow online revenueKeep HSI's digital communications current and advise on the evolving digital landscapeProvide analysis, evaluation and insight into HSI Australia's digital activity and work collaboratively to drive optimisation strategies for strong digital performanceEnsure HSI Australia's brand message and tone are consistent and appropriate across all digital platformsConduct regular data hygiene processes to keep CRM integration effective and robustSupport fundraising administration staff as required to manage integration of digital and donor CRM records.Salary Offered at least $73,500
