Job Description:Alpha Linen Services (Sunlight Australia Pty Ltd) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will manage the marketing campaigns, social media presence, and promotional activities for our laundry services, ensuring effective engagement with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to promote our laundry services across digital and traditional platforms.Oversee and manage content creation for the company's social media accounts, website, and promotional materials.Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and print advertising.Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends within the laundry industry.Manage SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on branding and messaging strategies.Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics.Organize events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance customer engagement and retention.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments.Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, commerce or a related field.Work Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the service industry or related fields.Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and social media platforms.Level of Seniority: Mid-levelSkills and Attributes: Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.Excellent communication and content creation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.Expected Remuneration: AUD 75,000 to AUD 85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.Job Type: Full-time
