Job tasks and responsibilities Research potential demand and market characteristics, including collecting market data and other statistical information. Support growth and development through preparation and execution of business objectives, policies, and programs. Provide advice on marketing elements including distribution, advertising, and promotion. Develop marketing strategies for projects including company website and social media. Analyse data to determine marketing efficiency and client engagement. Assist with regular review of marketing materials per business guidelines. Communicate marketing plans, results, and project recommendations to senior management. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned to the business's objectives. Develop the brand strategy and lead the deployment and embedding of the brand proposition across the organisation. Build and execute social marketing strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. Generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections with consumers on a daily basis. Optimise company pages within each social media platform to increase the visibility of company's social content. Continuously improve social media profile by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, providing strategic response to the business. Develop and manage all editorial and content calendars. Skills required: At least a relevant Bachelor Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals. Digital Marketing Proficiency: Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns, with a strong understanding of analytics tools. Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various platforms. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Creativity: Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique marketing concepts. Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviours, with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
